ORDER PROCESSING
Orders can be processed through johnsonssupplyllc.com following the checkout process. Once an order is submitted a confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email address. Please allow 24 hours for processing orders and 2-5 days for shipping.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is available for approved orders larger than 50 products and addresses within 20 miles of the business address. If the order is approved for local delivery an email will be sent to the customer upon acceptance confirming the delivery order. Customers unapproved for local delivery will have items shipped to the customer's listed shipping address. Local delivery does not indicate same-day delivery and has a $5.00 fee, please allow the same order processing and shipping time. When the order is ready for delivery, an email will be sent to the customer.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-5 business days using the USPS shipping provider. Other shipping carries may be used based on the size of order. A flat-rate shipping fee is unavailable. Shipping fees vary based on location and will be applied at checkout. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders over $200.00 will have free shipping. We have a few shipping options that Johnson Supply will elect what is best based on the size of the order. USPS is our main shipping provider, some other providers include UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do NOT offer international shipping at this time. Only shipping within the United States.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition, and customers have proof of purchase we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. We will also offer exchanges with a new product if the product received is not exceptional to the customer.
In the event that an order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at johnsonssupply@outlook.com with the order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
